Team

Suraj Mirpuri

Founder, Lowdown Labs

Suraj is the founder of Lowdown Labs, where he draws upon his years of professional experience scaling large systems along with a bespoke approach to AI informed by his research background. He holds a B.S. in Chemistry from Caltech and an M.S. in Computer Science (ML/AI) from Georgia Tech. His research spans efficient neural architectures and signal processing, and his writing and public speaking address the energy and hardware costs of AI datacenters, making the case for decentralized, low-footprint machine learning.
