What counts as a "media item"?
A single media file submitted to the system - images, videos, audio clips, document pages - each single file is an "item".
What happens when I hit my limit?
Intake will be disabled. Search, admin, and integrated API or MCP will always keep working. To intake more, upgrade to a higher tier.
Can I upgrade mid-month?
Yes. Upgrade through AWS Marketplace and your new limit applies immediately. We prorate the difference.
Do unused quotas roll over?
No, but upgrading to a higher tier will have the unused quota priced in, prorated.
